Bar

Our bar is open every day from 06:30 a.m. until 11:30 p.m.

On the 1^st floor you can find a drinks vending machine with sparkling mineral water, beer, Red Bull, apple juice mixed with sparkling water and also Coca Cola.

Bicycle Rental (only in summertime)

You are very welcome to contact us if you want to rent one of our two e-bikes. The price is 5 € for the first two hours. Every additional hour costs 2 € extra.

Breakfast

Start your day with our varied breakfast buffet and enjoy the irresistible choice of regional delicacies.

Monday to Friday: 06:30 a.m. to 09:30 a.m. 
Saturday and Sunday: 07.30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Check-In

You can check-in from 3:00 p.m. onwards. You can store your luggage in our Baggage Room in the basement or directly at the reception.

Check-Out

You can stay in your room until 11:00 a.m. If your departure is later that day you can leave your luggage at our reception or in our Baggage Room in the basement. A late check-out is possible, depending on availability. Please contact our reception team if a late check-out is desired.

Electric Car

During your stay you can charge your electric car at our charging station on the parking facility.
A reservation is not possible as the charging station is open for public.

Key-Card

With your key-card you can open the main entrance and also enter your room. In case of loss please inform the reception team so that we can ensure the safety of our guests. 

Please do not forget to leave your key-card at the reception when checking-out.

Parking

All the parking spaces that are next to our hotel are free of charge. If you arrive with a bus or truck you have a special place to park with a 15€ fee per night.

Payment

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro Card and payment in cash.

Pets

We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our hotel.

Public Transport

There is a bus station directly next to the hotel (approximately 20 meters). To get into the city center please take the buses on our side of the street. We will gladly inform you about the departure times at the reception or find them under "LIVE - schedule" in our gast.guide.

Reception

We are there for you from 06:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 

We would be pleased to help you with any problems or concerns that may arise while you are staying with us.
If you need advice concerning restaurants, shopping, leisure activities or anything else we’ll gladly inform you.

Safe

Every room has its own safe where you can store your objects of value. It is located in the closet. Please follow the instructions on the sheet next to the safe.

Seminars and Events

We would be please to inform you at the reception about availabilities, equipment and the prices for our conference room and our meeting room.

Shopping

The city center of Dornbirn where you can find several shops and restaurants is located 3, 5 kilometers from our hotel. 
With more than 60 shops and restaurants the “Messepark Dornbirn” is the biggest shopping mall in our region.

We will gladly inform you at our reception about the directions to get there.

Smoking

All our rooms are non-smoking.
Smoking is only permitted in the designated, separated area in the lobby.

Underground Parking

Our guests can park their car in our hotel-own underground parking. The price per night is 3 €. A pre-reservation is not possible.

Vouchers

You need a special gift for a family member or for a good friend? Think about a different present! At our reception you can buy vouchers for our excellent breakfast or a whole stay. There is also the possibility to buy a value coupon with the amount you desire.

Wi-Fi:

There is free internet in the entire hotel. To connect yourself you need a WLAN Voucher that you get at the reception when you check-in. If you didn’t get a code please contact us.
